Cold is the theme for the second week of the photography challenge, and I felt the cold as I stood out front in my jammies yesterday morning. Often, in the winter, when I'm unsure of the temperature, I peek outside at the rhododendrons. If their leaves are drooping and shriveled, I know it's cold with a capital C. When I stepped out, though, the rhodies were in the shade, and I wasn't terribly happy with the shots I got. Coming into the house, I noticed the storm door fogging up and decided to get a shot of my "thermometers" through it. I was happy with that one.
