A few months ago, I pinned a recipe for a pizza made with a cauliflower crust (low carb), and decided to try it this evening. It was OK. It basically tasted like a pizza, but the crust fell apart and had sort of a mealy texture. It's not something I'll make again, but if any of you want to give it go, the recipe is
