Luke discovered
this recipe for donuts a month or two ago and has been pestering me about making them. So today, with his baseball game rained out, I decided to acquiesce. Luke created them all on his own, start to finish (except for cutting out the holes, which Bridget did, and cleanup, which I did — of course). They were surprisingly good. (I write "surprisingly" because gluten-free flour seldom behaves like wheat flour.)
