The back portion of this sculpture reminds me of "The Scream" by Munsch. My favorite thing about this photo, though, is that it gives me the opportunity to title a post "Holy Rusted Metal, Batman!"
For the rest of the sculpture garden, I got the impression that someone had received scrap metal with the holes and cuts already made, and found a way to use them artistically.
