The fuchsia peonies have been growing in the backyard since we moved here. A few years ago, I decided to pull a stalk out by the roots and transplant it to one of the flowerbeds out front. Peonies have shown up there each year since, but instead of enormous fuchsia pompoms, I get flowers that look more like fried eggs. I'm not complaining, though.
