Luke played his best round to date. He shot a 67 on 18. After that, he played another 9, and finished two under at the turn. I always miss my mom and dad, but when I think about how Dad would be absolutely bursting with pride over Luke's golf accomplishments, it makes me miss them more than usual. Mom's birthday was yesterday. I'd love for her to sit down and knit with Bridget, and — oh, what I wouldn't give for just one more game of Cribbage with the two of them and a whole tribe of Doyles.
