Thursdays

It was relatively warm today, and Stella wanted to go outside. So, we got her into her snow boots and black coat (the brightly colored lining has cherries on it; Stella thinks they're apples, so she calls it her Apples to Apples coat). She didn't see any need to change out of her puppy dog jammies first. Those jammies, by the way, were given to Luke, when he was little, by my Aunt Olga and Uncle Jim. Stella is the sixth child to wear them. Caddie was happy to play outside with Stella, but the old girl will be feeling it in her arthritic legs later.

I love those pajamas. I think we should box frame them and put them on display in our hallway until it's time for a grandchild to wear them.
