Luke enjoys baking, and he's quite good at it, especially considering the fact that everything he (we) makes is gluten free.  When I saw a prize-winning recipe in the latest Better Homes and Gardens for Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake with Salted Caramel Sauce, I asked Luke to get right on it.  He did an admirable job, and the results were delicious.
