Pen and Ink

In my former life (before Luke was born) I collected pens and bottles of ink. On our first anniversary, Dennis gave me a Parker fountain pen, and I was thrilled. I still have it, along with a Rotring, a Waterman, glass pens, dip pens, and even quills. My ink collection includes reds, blues, pinks, greens and purples. The other day, when using a dip pen and India ink to write a verse inside a card I was creating, I thought, "Why don't I use a dip pen and a beautiful ink everyday? Why am I saving them?" So, today, I used J. Herbin's Encre Bleu Pervenche to write out my grocery list, and, I must say, the task was a little less mundane than usual.
