Five-Unit Snack

This was Bridget's afternoon snack: a Koala Crisp Bar with peanut butter and m&m's; pretzel dots (gf pretzels with partially melted Hershey's Kisses and m&m's) and m&m's. Total carbs for this pastel palette of yumminess = 50 grams, which means 5 units of insulin to get those carbs where they need to go. She washed it all down with a cup of white tea splashed with milk (essentially carb free).
